About this painting −
In this painting, I wanted to capture the strange, tender quiet that settles over a landscape just as the last warmth of day slips away. The glowing roof and the soft, ghostlike trees emerged almost on their own, as if memory rather than intention guided my hand. I painted this scene to hold onto that fleeting moment when solitude feels gentle rather than heavy, when the world seems suspended between light and shadow. It is a place I return to in my mind a refuge of stillness, color, and calm, shaped by emotion more than reality.
