About this painting −
In this painting, I sought to capture the stillness that arrives just after sunset, when the world briefly holds its breath. The sky shifts from warm violet to deep blue, and in that transition I feel a sense of both longing and arrival. The small house, lit from within, became my symbol of warmth against the immensity of the night. I painted the crescent moon and the streak of a falling star as quiet reminders of how fleeting and beautiful these moments are. This piece is my attempt to preserve that fragile pause between day and darkness, where memory, hope, and silence coexist.
